Hopefully, you are happy with your order and that your items arrive in good condition. If you are not satisfied you may return the products in their original condition, in an unopened and unused condition, for a full refund.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
To cancel an Italian Standard order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us on email@example.com. Please note, PT next day delivery orders cannot be cancelled and would, therefore, need to be returned. Please be advised that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
DEFECTS, INCOMPLETE ORDERS OR INCORRECT DELIVERY
If you are returning the goods owing to defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery we will refund you both the price you paid for your goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery costs for the return postage from the original delivery point to our distribution centre, please enclose a valid till receipt indicating the return postage costs. Please note, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if it is incomplete or contains a defect product.

We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods. We will refund the price paid by you for the goods (including the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of being informed of your request for a refund.
Refunds will only be made to the original credit/debit card used.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected
